  2. Automation Incentive Programme

Automation Incentive Programme

#

Objective

This incentive framework is designed to:

  • Drive high-impact automations

  • Encourage ownership and accountability

  • Reward innovation and quality

  • Keep client satisfaction and business value at the center

#

1. Task Allocation Rules

  • Tasks can be picked only by team members who are currently free.

  • No team member is allowed to pick a new task while working on another.

  • Any planned absence must be communicated in advance to the Team Lead.

  • Uninformed absenteeism may affect incentive eligibility.

#

2. Flow Completion Criteria (Mandatory)

A flow will be considered valid for incentives only if:

  • Flow status is marked Completed

  • Flow is delivered successfully to the client

  • Post-delivery explanation is done via:

    • Screen recording video OR

    • Live walkthrough on a meeting

❌ Flows in “In Progress” status will not be counted.

#

3. Mandatory Contribution Rule

  • For every flow built, the engineer must submit at least one:

    • Improvement idea OR

    • Bug report

This is mandatory for incentive eligibility.

#

4. Incentive Calculation (Core Rule)

  • Incentives are pricing-based.

  • Pricing is taken from AI-generated flow pricing.

  • Monthly winner is decided based on total pricing value of completed flows.

#

Fair Team Comparison Rule

To ensure fairness across teams of different sizes:

  • Performance is evaluated on business generated per team member.

  • Example:

    • Team A: 4 members → $1000 business

    • Team B: 3 members → $800 business
✅ Team B wins due to higher efficiency.

#

5. Bonus & Penalty Criteria

#

Client Feedback

  • Positive feedback → +50% of actual flow price

  • Negative feedback → −50% of actual flow price

#

Ideas & Bugs

  • Each idea or bug submitted → +10% of actual flow price

#

Live Flow Build

  • Flow built live during a meeting → +50% of actual flow price

#

Template Creation

  • Reusable template created → +10% of actual flow price

#

6. Bonus Stacking Cap (Important Rule)

  • Total bonuses applied on a single flow cannot exceed 100% of the base flow price.

  • This ensures fair payouts while still rewarding high effort and quality.

📌 Example:
If a flow qualifies for +120% bonuses, the final applied bonus will be capped at +100%.

#

7. Disqualification Conditions

  • Flow not marked as Completed

  • No client explanation (recording or live demo)

  • No idea or bug submitted

  • Uninformed absenteeism

#

8. Incentive Eligibility Summary

Final Note

This framework balances:

  • Revenue impact

  • Quality delivery

  • Innovation

  • Team fairness

It encourages engineers to build fewer but higher-value automations, while keeping accountability and transparency intact.
