Step 2: Offer Letter & Keka Account

  • Once the form is submitted, you will receive your official offer letter.

  • A Keka account will be created for you. This account will be used for:

    • Attendance tracking

    • Payroll management

    • Leave applications

3. Farewell & Offboarding

Access Removal:

  • Revoke all access to tools, platforms, systems, email, and internal communication channels immediately after the employee's final working day.

  • Conduct an access audit to identify all platforms and systems where the employee’s IDs or credentials exist, and ensure they are removed or deactivated from all such platforms post-offboarding.

    Asset Collection:

  • Collect all company-issued assets, including laptops, phones, ID/access cards, and other equipment.

  • Ensure returned items are checked for damage and logged properly.
