Once the form is submitted, you will receive your official offer letter.
A Keka account will be created for you. This account will be used for:

3. Farewell & Offboarding
Access Removal:
Revoke all access to tools, platforms, systems, email, and internal communication channels immediately after the employee's final working day.
Conduct an access audit to identify all platforms and systems where the employee’s IDs or credentials exist, and ensure they are removed or deactivated from all such platforms post-offboarding.
Asset Collection:
Collect all company-issued assets, including laptops, phones, ID/access cards, and other equipment.
Ensure returned items are checked for damage and logged properly.
