Policies & Penalties
WFH Policy - Conditions for Working Remotely Beyond Office Hours
1. Performance Parity
Your remote performance must match or exceed your recent in-office output.
2. +10% Contribution Rule
Remote work should deliver at least 10% more output than your usual office performance.
If you haven’t measured your performance yet — start now.
3. Communication Discipline
Keep communication clear, timely, and frictionless.
Your absence must not break team flow or slow collaboration.
Why This Exists :-
The office brings focus, speed, and collaboration that remote setups often dilute.
If you can sustain or surpass that level of performance remotely — we’re open to it.
But only if every condition above is fully met.
Those who are on WFH have to share work logs in this format
