Responsible for strategy, analytics, coordination, reporting, campaign approvals, and aligning all activities with product roadmap. - Content Writer
Owns blog content, SEO articles, product documentation, email drips, and long-form thought leadership. - Social Media Executive
Handles calendar execution, platform posting, community replies, creatives (with Canva), reels/stories, and engagement.

🌟 Short-Term Goals (0–6 Months)


1. Organic Growth & SEO

Objective: Improve website traffic and keyword visibility.

Tasks: - Audit and fix technical SEO (Team Lead) - Weekly keyword ranking review (Team Lead) - Write 20 blogs/month: All SEO-focused, 5 use-case-based (Content Writer) - Internal linking across all pages (Content Writer), 5 AI automation, 5 App Integrations, 5 MCP and AI agent based.

Target Metrics: - Increase total site traffic from 2.4K to 2.8K/month - Rank in top 40 for 10 primary keywords - Blog bounce rate < 50%


2. Content Calendar & Execution

Objective: Drive consistent brand visibility.

Tasks: - Build monthly content calendar (Team Lead + Social Media) - Schedule 16–20 posts/month (Social Media Exec) - Create 5 carousels, 2 reels per month (Social Media Exec) - Repurpose blogs into short LinkedIn & Twitter posts (Content Writer)

Target Metrics: - 10% MoM growth in social followers - Engagement rate > 2.5% - Drive 500+ monthly referral sessions from social


3. Ad Campaigns (Support Role)

Objective: Support lead gen through paid ads.

Tasks: - Design and run 2 campaigns (Team Lead) - Coordinate with designer (if available) or use Canva (Social Media Exec) - Write ad copies + landing page content (Content Writer) - Monitor CTR weekly and optimize (Team Lead)

5. Weekly & Monthly Review Rhythm

Objective: Align execution with results.
