1. Understand What viaSocket Is
Start by gaining a clear understanding of what viaSocket does, its products, use cases, and how it empowers businesses through automation.

2. Understand the Partnership Model
Learn how viaSocket collaborates with partners, the benefits of the partnership, expected responsibilities, and the workflow submission process.
3. Listen to a Past Partnership Meeting Recording (Mandatory)
All new partners must listen to at least one full past meeting to understand tone, content, and expectations.

4. Prepare and Submit Your Virtual Pitch
Record and submit a short 2–3 minute video introducing yourself, your experience, and how you plan to contribute to the partnership.

5. Start Outreach Using Message Templates
Begin outreach using pre-approved templates for email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp to potential leads.
6. Log All Outreach in Google Sheet
Every outreach (message sent, response received, and outcome) must be logged for tracking.

7. Schedule Meeting Using Mentor’s Calendar
Use your assigned mentor’s calendar link to book meetings with interested leads.

8. Ensure Meeting is Recorded (No Recording = Invalid)
Record every call through your 50 agents. No meeting will be accepted unless it is recorded.
9. Create WhatsApp Group After Meeting
Immediately after a successful meeting, create a dedicated WhatsApp group with the lead.
10. Share Partnership Deck & Docking Group ( WhatsApp Group )
Send the official viaSocket Partnership Deck and invite the partner to the Docsin group.

11. Collect 3 Client’s Workflows from Partner
Ensure the new partner submits 3 Client workflows that they can potentially implement using viaSocket.
💡 Note: Focus on collecting 3 client-specific workflows to qualify for further opportunities.
📋 Example Client Workflows:
E-commerce Order Confirmation Bot: Automates order confirmation messages using WhatsApp API after a customer places an order on Shopify.
Lead Qualification Flow: Collects inbound leads from LinkedIn and scores them based on profile and message content.
Customer Support Ticket Sync: Automatically creates a support ticket in Fresh desk when a form is submitted via Webflow.
12. Regular Follow-up with Active Partners
Weekly or bi-weekly follow-ups should be conducted with all active partners to track progress, unblock challenges, and encourage success.
13. Mark Partner as Active After 3 Workflows
Only after receiving 3 valid workflows, mark the partner as “Active” in the tracker.
