Help the ISE team to successfully build integration- without hurdles
Find API docs and get a sandbox account on plugs@viasocket.com
Request missing webhooks, APIs, and any private API docs.
Check and ensure SaaS apps’ branding and visibility across the viaSocket panel and website are correct.
Publish templates
Facilitate Co-marketing
Collaborate with the partnership team to close the SaaS partnership funnel.
Every Growth member should know and follow these things:
Prompt Engineering
Positioning
E-mail Outreach (Follow-up Strategy)
Product understanding
Always leverage AI and Marketing tools (Apollo.io, Rocket reach, etc)
Learn something new that upskills your growth skills.
What we can upskill:
SEO (On-Page/Off-Page)
Meta and Google ads
Marketing Campaigns
E-mail Marketing
Performance marketing (LinkedIn, X, Reddit etc.) [clicks, leads, or conversions based pay marketing]
Communication guidelines:
Be clear and Confident.
Keep your tone in fun and relaxed way.
Use simple, everyday language(Bhale hi hindi me baat karlo lakin samne wale ko samjh aajaye only for the internal communication)
Build a long lasting relationship with SaaS Partners.
Always write to express, not impress. Avoid long or complicated sentences.
Share updates early.If you’re stuck or delayed, inform the relevant person right away.
Use AI to save time, not to copy blindly.
If your response depends on another team member or department: Don’t wait silently, acknowledge the client and inform them that the issue is being checked. Keep track internally and follow up until it’s resolved.
Be to the point ,say only what’s necessary for clarity.
